Construction of Your New Home

You did it! You made it though the first steps of the new home building process—planning, design and production. You have transformed your ideas into a floor plan that meets your needs, have financing ready and all your building permits are in hand. You are now ready to learn about the final stage: Construction & Delivery.

When you are completely satisfied with your chosen home design, you will sign off on your final set of plans and authorize construction start.

Project Coordination and Timeline Access
Your project manager will help coordinate and manage your home project from contract to delivery, including the following:

• Timeline information / management for your home project.
• Account details.
• Important documents, reports and plans.
• Contact information for your project team members.
• Photos of your projects progress.
• Notes regarding your project.

Throughout the construction phase, Our Team along with our Architects will conduct a series of on-site inspections. This ensures that your home is built to your standards.
