On Time within Budget to your Satisfaction

Landscaping
This stage marks the beginning of the end. Your yard is formed including any compound walls & gates. To finish it all off, plantings such as trees, shrubs, and grass are added.

Pre-Handing Over
While the landscaping is being finished, final inspections are being conducted. If any problems are found, they are repaired before entering the next stage. Once any repairs are made all remaining construction materials are removed, and the home is cleaned and ready for the closing.

Handing Over
Before you can move into your home, you'll be walked through the house and have mechanical systems and appliances explained to you. Use this time to ask questions about how the home operates. Minor repairs, such as paint touch-ups can also be requested in this stage. A few days after the walk-through you'll sign papers and the house will be yours!

Warranty Period
This stage extends a year or more after closing. During this time, the home is covered under a warranty that specifically spells out what kind of problems the builder is responsible for. Before entering this stage, we will tell you what to look for during the warranty period.
